Group Booking Information 2023- CLOSED FOR BOOKING THIS SEASON
Happy Acres U-Pick is pleased to host your party, celebration, get together. Bookings begin end of May into September. We are open to the general public so we generally do not host large special events/weddings. We have THE TREE HOUSE AREA available for reservation for up to 40 people.
The Tree House Reservation
Reservation Includes:
3 hours of time in the Tree house location, (a private area of the farm close to the yard), use of the tree house which in includes a playroom and deck area. The treehouse has an outdoor slide (up to 100 lbs max only please)
On the grounds area there are 3 picnic tables, shelter, a BBQ, and a firepit with roasting sticks, 6 chairs around the fire (bring extra if you like), firewood, sandbox, and a activity rope.
Included are 3 farm themed games– Gunny Sack races, Hula Horse and Tug of War provided for you to use and organize. There are many trees and high deck area to hang a pinata if you would like to bring one and a stick!
Access to ANIMAL area, playground area is included with reservation
During or after the party the birthday boy or girl can present themselves in the TREAT center for their complimentary kids ice cream cone!
When You Arrive:
When you arrive into the parking lot park straight ahead beside the greenhouse by the large garages.
NEXT-check in at the GARDEN center, Fill out the Group/Birthday reservation form, a staff member will take you to the Treehouse area. Pay for your reservation after reservation is complete in the garden centre.
Outside Food & Beverage
You are permitted to bring ALL food, drink and decorations with this reservation.
Food must stay in tree house area not into the main yard. There is an area to hang a pinata if you would like to bring and please bring a stick.
After the party, TIDY tree house area of all garbage and WASH chalk board (pail provided) or extra fees may apply.
Visit the farm animals
We are not considered a petting zoo, however you can get very close to our animals and feed is available in the garden centre to feed the animals.
Our chickens and some ducks usually free range, we have rabbits, goats, sheep, a pig, miniature cows, donkeys and horses and a variety of exotic birds and pheasants to enjoy. No entrance into any fenced area is allowed.
In trying to keep a farm family fun environment, NO LIQUOR is permitted. Family pets are NOT permitted on the premises as some of our animals free roam. Let us know if you have any questions or if you would like to book. A map to our location is on our website at www.happyacresupick.ca.

Fees and Booking Times:
BOOKING FEES: $200 for a 3 hour reservation. Up to 20 people (include adults and children. Under 2 years old free admission.
If over 20 people – $10 per extra person. Reservation includes all guests farm admission to see the animals ($5 value) All children must be closely supervised.
BOOKING TIMES:
10:30-1:30 pm OR 2:30-5:30 pm
We allow 15 mins before and after to set up/clean up
*Longer reservation times are available for an extra fee upon request and availability.
Please allow 1 week notice for cancellation- no fee if inclement weather.
